Tony Jopson

Manager, PJG Recovery, South West of England

Tony Jopson runs the South West England office from our base in Plymouth. A graduate in Management Science from the University of Warwick and an ex-colleague of Melanie Giles from their PricewaterhouseCoopers days, Tony has worked in business recovery and insolvency since 1988. He has a broad experience of developing individual and corporate insolvency solutions and gets great satisfaction from helping individuals resolve financial problems.

Being a qualified Chartered Accountant has afforded Tony work experience broader than pure insolvency and he also offers general business advice and serves a small number of accounts preparation and tax return clients.

Tony is Treasurer and a Trustee of Hope Baptist church in Plymouth and other voluntary work includes acting as a licensed debt coach with Christians Against Poverty, a national debt advice and relief charity.

Tony is married to Hilary and they have one daughter Abi, who hopes to begin an apprenticeship in accountancy later in 2014.

Tony enjoys social golf and music, playing both guitar and bass guitar.
